Just for the period from February 2006 to August 2013, the fines amounted to 171 million euros.

Who can claim?
Any natural or legal person who has purchased a vehicle of the sanctioned brands between February 2006 and August 2013 with DWT license plates from HSK.
What can I claim?
You can claim the extra cost that was imposed on you (up to 15%), in addition to the interest generated from the purchase.
The extra cost may vary depending on the conditions of sale, which is why a personalized study of each case is necessary to calculate it.
What documentation will I need?
You need a proof of purchase, (the purchase invoice or the contract in the case of leasing or renting) and the Technical Sheet of the vehicle.
